Dignity lifestyle is the only
township which gives admission to chronically ill persons. Nightingale
cottages provide for 24-hour care services for such senior citizens.

In Phase I, one block of 8 units, with each unit consisting
of 375 sq.ft. area will be dedicated to looking after senior
citizens with ailments. Senior citizens requiring 24-hour assistance
can take membership to these units. A dedicated assistance station
is built into the design so that nursing and attender care is
available round the clock. The architecture of these units is
designed for the physically challenged. The level of the entrants
will depend on the latest medical reports and assessment by
the Dignity Care Team, in consultation with the prospective
member and his/her family members. Charges are based on the
level of care required.
There are two levels: High Care and Low
Care.

The above cost includes food (special or normal), electricity,
laundry and meal service in the cottage, apart from an attender
and nursing care for 24 hours. A doctor who resides in the township
will be in overall supervision of residents' daily progress.
Ophtalmic, orthopaedic, cardiac, ENT and dental specialists
will be regularly available for consultation by the Nightingale
residents, against payment on actuals.
The monthly charges do not include personal phone, e-mails,
transport, medical treatment, medicines, hospitalisation etc.
A member must pay to Dignity Lifestyle six months' fees in advance.
Although Nightingale is recommended for single occupant, two
persons may share the unit, by mutual consent.
The non-refundable charges and monthly charges will remain the
same. At Dignity Lifestyle, we have provided ample facilities
for active and happy living for the members
