Dignity Lifestyle offers two principal types of accommodation - Independent Living cottages of varying sizes where senior citizens can live with their spouses for as long as they wish, dementia care and assisted living cottages which are care units where our attendants tend to occupants who require constant care. Accommodation is permanent, so residents can develop a sense of familiarity and belonging and feel at home.

Payment Options
Dignity Lifestyle is based on membership and not ownership. You become a member by paying a one-time deposit at the time of joining. Two-third of this deposit is refunded to you or your nominee when you surrender the cottage. You also pay a monthly maintenance that includes food charges.
The Monthly Maintenance fee includes any two meals a day (the third meal can be ordered as required by paying additional charges), housekeeping, bed linen laundry, security, common car park, use of Club House, library, Indoor Games facility and hydrotherapy usage. All these activities are promoted for productive ageing. Free Medical consultation with inhouse doctor is part of the package in monthly maintenance.
Laundromat for washing personal clothing, daily washing of clothes, car wash, driver supply, Ayurvedic body massage / treatment, medical consultation / treatment by visiting professionals, local and STD / ISD telephone calls, electricity usage as per independent meter reading in each cottage.
Facilities available on payment basis
The Monthly Charge includes food (special or normal), housekeeping, electricity (Non AC), laundry, security, meal service in the cottage, attendant care round-the-clock. Ophthalmic, orthopedic, cardiac, ENT and dental specialists will be available for outside consultation for Care Block residents against payment on actual. Free consultancy of inhouse Doctor; Twice a month Free Consultation with Visiting Psychiatrist.
The monthly fees does not include Wifi connectivity which is available on demand for a fee.
The Monthly Charges do not include cable personal phone, e-mails, transport, medical treatment, medicines, hospitalisation etc.
